We started spreading kindness on the road with our first tee message “Thank You For Seeing Me®”. Beginning with with simple T-Shirts that featured our signature TYFSM message and with the support of our kickstarter supporters who believe in the power of kindness we were able to begin our work building a compassionate environment for all people who use the road! There are many complicated elements involved in the safety of cyclists, motorists and pedestrians and we believe that a component of raising the level of visibility for all of us involves working with the psychology of awareness. We approach this issue following the path of positive psychology research and the power of this approach to help us think twice about the way we interact with each other on the road. Awareness is only part of the equation so let’s all support our local organizations dedicated to education, advocacy, laws, generous funding and functional design + infrastructure as well. Thank you!
